We understand that sometimes our busy work/life schedules can get hectic and take us on a detour. However, in order to be fair to all our clients and employees, we kindly ask that you be considerate in valuing our appointment by showing up on time since we allot time for first time patients and follow ups.
Whether it be known or unforeseen, we have a policy in place. If you know you cannot make your appointment, contact us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel/reschedule your appointment. If 24 hours notice is not provided, you will be asked to call or text us within 24 hours to reschedule the missed appointment.
If you do not contact us or reschedule within 24 hours of missing your appointment, a fee of $25.00 will be collected at the time the appointment is re-scheduled over the phone with a credit card or you may come in to the office to reschedule and pay the fee.
